My name is Enrica Dubini. I am the manager and lecturer in the Academy. I teach Hawaiian massage, Sea Malay massage, ayurvedic stretching and massages of various kinds, Atmabhyangam, stone massage.

I am the creator of the Energy Crystal massage, a combination of manual and crystals massage, and co-creator of AyurLifting (anti-aging method for the face).
I was trained also in: Reiki, Aquawellness (treatment in hot water). Californian, psychic and Kashmiri tantric massages, crystal therapy, Colorpuncture (Peter Mandel's method), Bach flowers, family constellations and meditation techniques. I am Deeksha givers since 2007.

I am also teacher of Ikebana (the Japanese art of flower arranging).

I was born in Piacenza in 1955. After completing the high school I got a "cum laude" degree in chemistry at the University of Pavia. From 1980 to 2001 I pursued my career in the field of pharmaceutical research at national and multinational companies, first as a research chemist and later as head of Analytical Chemistry Department.

Since 1993 I started a journey aimed to personal and spiritual growth. Along this path I participated in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Spain and India to different and deep experiences of inner growth and meditation and met many masters. The one who deeply touched my hearth and changed my life was Osho Rajneesh.
Osho gave me the spiritual name of Veet Apeksha, which means "going beyond expectations."
All those experiences and the teachings of my beloved masters are the inspiration of my job and the source of love and awareness I like to share.

I am a teacher of Hawaiian massage, Indonesian ritual massage (Sea Malay massage) and different styles of ayurvedic massage.
With regard to Ayurveda, in addition to a 4-years master attended in Italy, I was trained in Kerala abhyangam and in Purvakarma techniques at Ayurveda Sanjeevani Research Hospital in Varkala (Trivandrum).

I am also trained in Reiki II level, Crystaltherapy, Colorpuncture (Mandel method), Californian,psychic and Kashmiri tantric massage, AquaWellness (body therapy in the pool of warm water), meditation techniques and Family Constellations, the therapeutic approach designed by B. Hellinger.
In 2007 I attended a 21-days retreat in Golden City, north of Madras (India) and became Deeksha giver.
Passionate also for Japanese culture, I practised first Japanese self-defense martial arts then Ikebana, the Zen Japanese art of flower arranging.
I graduated in the Ikenobo school run by Keiko Ando, completing this training with an internship in Japan and a course in Western-style flower arrangement at the Polytechnic of Commerce of Milan. I leaded seminars and demonstrations of Ikebana in Milan, Treviso and Turin.

Based in Milan, I collaborate as a teacher with schools, wellness and meditation centers all over Italy.
